Corticosteroid-induced glaucoma is a well-recognized phenomenon in adults, but not in children. We describe an infant who developed juvenile glaucoma with buphthalmos while receiving systemic steroid treatment. The intraocular pressure normalized several months following discontinuation of treatment.
