A new full-thickness operation is described and its results in 45 patients (46 eyes) with refractory glaucoma analyzed. The patients were observed for 18.6 months after the intervention. By the end of the first year postoperation, intraocular pressure was compensated in 43 (93.5%) eyes, in seven (15.2%) of these, hypotensive therapy was needed. The operation is effective and safe for patients at a high risk of excessive cicatrization. LA: Russian
