Primary congenital glaucoma may be associated with several ocular, adnexal, and systemic abnormalities. Two cases of primary congenital glaucoma are presented which were associated with natal teeth; i.e., the teeth were present in the oral cavity at the time of birth. To the author's knowledge, this is the first report of the association of primary congenital glaucoma and natal teeth.
