The determination of normalcy indices by optical coherent tomography, considering the ethnicity of an examinee, is one of the conditions for data objectivization in the diagnosis of glaucoma. A total of 214 persons (428 eyes) without eyes disease, including 133 (260 eyes) natives and 81 (168 eyes) newcomers, were examined. There were significant differences in the area of the ciliary zonule and in that of excavation, as well as a slight correlation between the parameters of the head of the optic nerve in the Europeans. The found age-related and ethnic features of the head of the optic nerve may be used as normalcy indices to analyze a possible pathological process and its prediction. LA: Russian
