Aqueous humor is the intraocular fluid. There are two pathways for aqueous humor flowing out: by means of anterior chamber-trabecular and uveoscleral pathways. In recent years, with the development of the technologies of molecular biology, cell culture and the establishment of animal experimental models, people have achieved a better comprehension about aqueous humor outflow than ever. This article aims to review the advance of researches on aqueous humor outflow pathways. LA: Chinese
