Pupilblocking is one of the important factors which lead to primary angle-closure glaucoma (PACG). Recently, many studies have been made home and abroad in pupil-blocking force, aqueous humour hydrodynamics and mechanical properties of iris tissue, etc. and some positive results have been achieved.
