AIM: To evaluate the clinical effect of ECCE and IOL implantation combined with anterior-chamber cleaning for phacolytic glaucoma. METHODS: Fourteen eyes (14 cases) of phacolytic glaucoma had accepted ECCE and IOL implatation combined with anterior-chamber cleaning, and all cases had been followed up for one month. RESULTS: Ninety-three percent of the eyes got visual acuity of 0.3 or better and all their IOP were controlled in 9-19mmHg.
