A nonstitch technique for suprachoroidal T-flux implantation in deep sclerectomy is described. The foot of the T-flux is introduced into the suprachoroidal space through an incision created just posterior to the scleral spur. As both arms of the T-flux implant are also introduced into the surgically created ostia in the Schlemm's canal, the 3-point fixation makes it unnecessary to secure the implant with a suture.
