Techniques of endoscopic cyclophotocoagulation

Weston J
Techniques in Ophthalmology 2008; 6: 98-104

Endoscopic cyclophotocoagulation is an exciting and novel approach to the management of glaucoma. The basic principal is quite simple. Aqueous production (inflow) is diminished by photocoagulating the epithelium of the ciliary processes. The technology, the various technical iterations, the results, and the complications will be discussed.
