OCT's application in glaucoma

Glaucoma is a worldwide blinding eye disease, glaucoma diagnosis and differential diagnosis is very important. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is a new optical diagnostic techniques, with non-contact, non-invasive, high-resolution, and other advantages. OCT not only on the retinal nerve fiber layer thickness, and other changes in the structure of quantitative detection, in recent years, OCT also widely used in the anterior segment of the morphology of a variety of organizations testing. This application of OCT in glaucoma diagnosis is reviewed in this article. LA: Chinese
