We show a clinical case of siderosis bulbi with absolute secondary glaucoma. The initial diagnosis was primary open angle glaucoma in both eyes, and the patient was treated with eye drops for 4 years. After reassessment of anamnesis, clinical and paraclinical investigations we find that one eye is normal and the real diagnosis in the involved eye.LA: Romanian
