A 54-year-old man complained of the sudden onset of blurred vision and pain in the left eye. Elevated intraocular pressure, a closed anterior chamber angle, cataract, small corneal diameter and axial length, elongated ciliary processes, and a retinal fold extending from the optic disc were found in the left eye. Acute angle-closure glaucoma in this patient may have been associated with persistent hyperplastic primary vitreous.
