Sclera of the glaucomatous eye: physicochemical analysis

It has been shown that the collagen content and denaturation temperature in scleral tissue increase during the development of glaucoma whereas the fluorescence intensity does not change. These effects may be related to the disturbance of collagen catabolism. LA: Russian
