Exfoliation glaucoma is a specific type of glaucoma secondary to exfoliation syndrome. Exfoliation syndrome is one of the most common identifiable causes of secondary open-angle glaucoma worldwide. In recent years, great progress has been made in exfoliation syndrome and exfoliation glaucoma.
