We would like to report 2 cases showing marked changes of the corneal endothelium on specular microscopy post-SLT. Selective laser trabeculoplasty (SLT) is now a commonly performed laser procedure for the treatment of Open Angle Glaucoma (OAG). It has been shown to be effective with minimal or no damage to the trabecular meshwork(1) . © 2012 The Authors.
