This study was presented as a poster presentation at the Turkish Society of Ophthalmology, Annual Congress, 2011, Cyprus. We would like to report a case of bilateral anterior uveitis after unilaterally applied selective laser trabeculoplasty (SLT) Since its first introduction in 1995, selective laser trabeculoplasty (SLT) has been an alternative or adjunctive therapy, with low complication rates, for medical therapy of open angle glaucoma. Some more grave complications although rare has been reported like corneal haze and edema, and severe uveitis and choroidal effusion.
