The authors repaired leaking bleb in three eyes of three patients using a free conjunctival autograft obtained from the same eye. Two eyes had received trabeculectomy with adjunct use of mitomycin C. No detailed information was obtained in the other eye regarding the past glaucoma surgery. Two eyes had episodes of blebitis. The intraocular pressure (IOP) was below 4 mmHg in all three eyes. After surgical repair, all the eyes showed resolution of bleb leak with the IOP maintained between 6 and 16 mmHg. There was no instance of disappearance of functioning bleb or aqueous leakage. These cases illustrate the efficacy of free conjunctival autograft for leaking filtering blebs. LA: Japanese
