The objective of this article is to provide a selective review of risk inference from the recent clinical trials in glaucoma. It is not meant to serve as a comprehensive review of the findings from each of the studies but a discussion of some of the pertinent 'sound bites' that have emerged from the studies with a focus on their scientific and practical validity.
