Compression sutures are a widely used surgical procedure to treat over-filtration blebs associated with corneal dellen, bleb-related dysesthesia, and hypotony. In the current clinical case, a severe complication of compression sutures for the treatment of over-filtering conjunctival bleb following trabeculectomy is described.
