This is a report of a 32-year-old man with bilateral juvenile glaucoma, who was treated with trabeculotomies and cyclocryotherapy in both eyes. At the time the patient was seen by the present author, the pressure was 12-45 mmHg in his right eye. Focal scleral thinning due to the cyclocryotherapy was seen. The authors performed transscleral cyclophotocoagulation. They report a distortion of the pupil after the procedure. They describe a pop effect at the same location where the pupil was also distorted.
