Clinical application of panoramic 200 in checking fundus diseases of glaucoma

AIM: To evaluate the value of panoramic 200 in checking the fundus disease of glaucoma. METHODS: One hundred and twenty-five eyes of 100 patients underwent panoramic 200 fundus images, to evaluate the fundus of glaucoma, All patients were examined by indirective ophthalmoscope three days postoperatively, compared the two results. RESULTS: One case with epiretinal membrane of macula, 4 cases with eye fundus arterioscleresis, 3 cases with diabetic retinopathy, 1 case with retinitis pigmentosa, 3 cases with choroidal atrophy, 2 cases with macula degeneration, 2 cases with branch retinal vein occlusion, 1 case with periphlebitis were found in the glaucoma patients by panoramic 200, the disease rate: 13.6%; All diseases were confirmed by indirective ophthalmoscope. CONCLUSION: panoramic 200 is an effective and speedy tool in discovering retinal disease in goaucoma. LA: Chinese
