Discussion of psychological factors of glaucoma patients

Glaucoma is a common ophthalmic psychosomatic illness. The emotional stress of negative life events of patients prior to the illness is one of the important reasons which leads to the incidence of glaucoma. The incidence and recurrence of glaucoma are related with the mind and emotion. Changes of psychological factors in turn affect the treatment of glaucoma.
