The author follows the influence of combined treatment to the changes in visual field in glaucoma patients. The combined treatment is understood as simultaneous application of eye drops with Carteolol as active substance together with systemically applied pentoxyphylin. The paper reports some case reports of patients with already severe changes in the visual field, in who after the beginning of the treatment, the retinal sensitivity, as well as the extent of the visual field improved.LA: Czech
