Results of 5 Akhmed valve implantations in patients with secondary glaucoma various time after artificial iridolenticular diaphragm implantation after concomitant iris and lens trauma were analyzed. Surgery allowed to achieve reliable IOP decrease when severe scar deformation of drainage zone of the anterior chamber prevents traditional hipotensive procedures because of their ineffectiveness. Besides visual acuity stabilization a safe performance of subsequent reconstructive procedures can become possible as well. LA: Russian
