The 5th World Glaucoma Congress attracted 2047 participants from over 89 countries worldwide. The overall feedback on the educational content was very positive. The Keynote Lecture was given by Stephen M. Drance and addressed the developments in glaucoma diagnosis and therapy in which Professor Drance was involved over his long productive career.
If you missed a session at the Congress you have a second chance. Another new WGA feature is the opportunity to view selected symposiums and courses of the 5th World Glaucoma Congress online via the brand new WGA Educational Portal. WGC-2013 registered participants will be offered free access to the Portal and so will be able to take advantage of this resource to listen and watch recorded sessions which they missed during the Congress. If you were unable to attend WGC-2013 and would be interested in registering for the virtual meeting, please visit the WGA website (www.worldglaucoma.org) for details and a sneak preview of one of the symposiums. For more information about the Portal, please click here.
